o place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. The order will only be processed once the Proof of Payment (POP) is sent to the Whatsapp Chatbot in PDF format. Once the payment reflects in the account then the order status will be updated and you will be notified about the status of the order.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including carrier delays or customs processing. We do strive to have the packages delivered 10- 14 days after the order is processed
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging. T o initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is incorrect.
